MY LAGOS DANFO EXPERIENCE

Hi everyone, welcome back. Sincerely, it’s good to have you back. I am sorry that I have not posted for a while because the blog was under construction. As you can see, many things have changed about the blog. All glory to God for the growth.

Today, I want to share my Lagos Danfo experience with you. I will discuss the three categories of people I found in the Danfo during one of my journeys to Lagos. If you are familiar with the Lagos Danfo and you board it from time to time, you will relate but if you are not, you will be exposed to what to expect if you find yourself inside one someday. Again, there are invaluable lessons that can be garnered from this experience. Below are the three categories of people I found in the Lagos Danfo. Enjoy…

1.The Engagers: With the engager there is no dull moment. Once the vehicle takes off from the park, the engagers take over. These people are so lousy that they download every detail of their lives to the passengers. They will tell you which course they studied in school, who lived in their house and lot more. They are very good conversationalist as they get people’s attention easily. They also know about the two common religions (Islamic and Christianity). Additionally, they are good story tellers. This in a bid to sell their unrelated products at times like book and soap and other items.

   2. The Busy Bodies: The busy bodies are always ready for the engagers. They are always available to question their intelligence, fault their conversation and patronize them. They listen to them and once they are convinced about what they are saying or advertising, they patronize them. These set of people connect so well with the engagers that they collect their numbers even if they have to pay for it. These set of people seem to be easily distracted, not focused and at times confused.

3.The Am on my own: These set of people are among the passengers but they don’t exist in the Danfo. It’s either they are pressing their phones, listening to music with their earphones or piece or making a long call. They hardly contribute to any discussion. They are just on their own, very quiet. Most of these people sit so close to the window. You may ask what category I belong. Lol. I was among the am on my own.

Thanks for Reading.
