Hi everyone. Welcome back to Palacedaughter.Today’s post is different and very interesting.Additionally,there are a lot of lessons to garnered from it. The post is about 10 categories of people every working class person must have met at one point or the other in the workplace. Enjoy.
The Brainy: These are the people the organization really values because they have made immeasurable contribution to the growth of the company. It’s always painful when they tender their resignation letters because they would be missed greatly. If you have an intelligent boss, be open because you will learn a lot but if you are a slow learner, you may have problem with him/her. On the other hand, if you are working with an intelligent subordinate, your work will be easier.

The Proud: These set of people are so difficult to work with. They believe they have got something but they are empty vessels. These set of people are suffering from low self-esteem and they believe that material things like cars, jewelries, marriage among others define them. They are snobbish. If you meet these people, avoid much interaction with them; however, give them the respect they deserve.

The Timid: These group of people have low self-esteem of themselves and they hate to be seen. If you are not careful, you will contact it too. So be cautious.

The Rude: These ones are just rude. They lack emotional intelligence and do not know how to speak respectfully. Their actions tell it all. They love to talk more than they listen. You need to learn to ignore some of their behaviors and be careful the way you relate with them.

The Politicians: These ones are not straight forward. They prefer likability over respect and are interested in pleasing everyone because they don’t want to have enemies, which sometimes pays off in the game of power.

The Smart: These ones know how to maneuver their way to get what they want. They keep things running. The truth is, they learn really fast. They are critical and pay attention to details. They work with less supervision, know how to survive under pressure and have initiative.

The Hard worker: These individuals are workaholics. They like to work and work and work. Organizations love these people because they keep the work moving. However, sometimes, they and their family suffers for it because they don’t have time for family members or social events.

The Lazy: These people can make anybody’s life miserable because they cause a lot of problem. They come late to work, leave their work for fellow colleague or take excuse not to be at work all the time. Working with these set of people is difficult. You need to be patient. When organizations are looking for people to lay off, they come to mind first before anyone else.

The Gossipers: These people don’t mind their businesses. If you need information about what is going on in an organization, ask them. They can never be short of words because they will always know. They know many secrets. Some times companies use them as grapevines.

The Dresser: These people are good dressers. They love to look good. They may not have much but they love to appear beautiful and handsome all the time. Sometimes, these people recieve a lot of “Represent me task”.
